A few weeks ago my wife discovered a small leak on our central heating boiler. Although a bit worrying and requiring repair, the fault didn't stop the system from working. Despite it being pretty cold and no doubt during a time of high demand, one quick phone call later and the appointment was made. Four or five days later the engineer arrived bang on time. He was polite, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the fault required a new part to be installed which required ordering from the manufacturer. About a week later (and with no disruption to the heating in the interim) the engineer returned and fitted the new part in no time-system now back on track with no more leaks. I thoroughly recommend Boiler Sure as have always been more than happy with the service they provide. I used to have a maintenance/service contract with Scottish Gas and whilst I found their service was good, Boiler Sure are at least equal, do not push yo to buy further products or change a perfectly serviceable, modern boiler but are much cheaper.
