This DoorDash order was a disaster from start to finish. My food took nearly an hour to arrive, with zero communication about the delay.The dasher should have notified me. On top of the late delivery, my drink was wrong, and the dirty rice spilled everywhere in the bag. Bojangles used to be a go-to, but now it's barely better than McDonald's.I requested a refund and got nothing.
