I can't recall 1 time we've tried Bojangles that our order hasn't been wrong or items weren't left out of the order. On top of that, the quality has been suffering lately as well - chicken too crunchy, sides not hot, biscuits crushed. The food is NOT inexpensive either. I don't eat at Bojangles often, but after this last meal, it will be a LONG time before I go back.
