Their wordpress theme is amazing. They also provide ticket service that you can share your problem and they reply. SOMEHOW since this morning they do not reply and delete my questions.I submit a ticket and they delete it, then I put another one they delete again. I understand that you do not want to help me.I regret that I bought a theme from bold themes. I can not believe having this experience.
