I purchased a challenge on October 14. Their FAQ states login credentials are provided immediately, but my account was issued more than 24 hours later. Support responses were templated and unhelpful. I completed the challenge according to their rules, yet after passing, my account was closed by Risk Management without clear justification. The handling of my case was unacceptable, and I cannot recommend this company.
