So far so good! I've recently started using Bold for my metals purchases. Like others, I started with some smaller orders first. So far so good. Shipping could be a little faster. I notice my item will say shipped but that is just the label that was printed. It will usually take several more days before the item is shipped. But nothing too crazy. Everything I've ordered so far has arrived in good condition. Most of all, their prices are very competitive so I'm ok if the shipping is a little slower than others.
