Placed an order on August 24th. Paid via a credit card. Charge cleared and posted to my cc account within 24 hrs. It has now been a week and my order still HAS NOT shipped. Sent an email on the 29th did not get a response. Sent another email on the 30th did not get a response. Called both customer service and shipping on August 30 and was told they would try to expedite my order. Today is 31 August just spoke with a customer service rep again who stated she would contact the shipping dept and try to ensure my order ships by end of day today. Finally received a response to my email inquiries stating the same that they would notify me when item ships. This is my first time using BOLD and will likely be me last. I have used numerous other precious metal vendors and have never had this long of a wait for an item to ship.
