I have ordered a lot from Bold, I have always been happy with order til this last order, I ordered Scottsdale 10 oz bars and other item's which where just fine, the 4 stackers where all scratched up, I have ordered Scottsdale stackers from Bold and other dealers and never received bars in this condition, needless to say after emailing them about this and no reply soon as my last order comes in I will be deleteing my account, bars I got from them that cost à lot less where sealed in plastic cover and perfect condition but Scottsdale looked like second hand bars with scratches on them. Today is 09/05/23 and today deleted account, I did à very lot of order's for 3 year's with them and to get 4 Scottsdale bars that looked terrible I still can't get over, NO reply, NO phone call or even a I am sorry, I was a GM all my life and one thing I taught people quick was the customer is why we have a job, Bold doesn't care as long as they have there money that is all that matters, to send out Scottsdale bars in this horrible condition is so wrong, they have lost a good customer and all the people I had go to them I will tell about my experience.
