The company was very responsive both before and after placing an order. Due to an installer breaking his wrist, the installation date had to be changed to a day when we couldn't be present to check the pole was being installed in the right place. Although the installer wasn't aware of all the instructions we'd supplied, we sorted things out over the phone. It was apparently a difficult job because of the ground our paving had been laid on, but the end result was a very neat job, and the pole seems securely installed. Well done to the installer, who had a hard day with a lot of driving.
