Dismal Support Experience

As I share my experience, I’m not surprised to find such a low overall rating. The customer support is nearly non-existent. I faced a billing issue with an incorrect charge and reached out for help, but received no response. Even contacting upper management yielded the same silence. It’s disheartening to deal with a company that neglects customer care. I’m now seeking external help to resolve this issue and may dispute the charge with my bank. I cannot recommend them based on this experience.
