I came across the reviews here and can relate to the frustrations. Credits vanish with even the tiniest edits, and the customer support and management team are unresponsive. Perhaps we should all voice our concerns on their LinkedIn page beneath their so-called impressive updates about the service. It's seemingly the only way to get their attention.
