Overall, a good experience. Vamsi sir's teaching is simple, clean and effective. Content is great.Few points to be improved:1. Follow up post payment on the goods or books promised should be done by the team. Students are blind sighted on the backend process and there was no communication by the team on the shipment.2. Really hard to reach the support team and get your issues resolved. Waiting time is too long. Sometimes you wouldn't receive any reply from the team.3. Confirmation on surveys should be sent to the students post completion, so that students would know it is recorded and someone is working in the backend.
