I ordered two pullover jackets, but they didn't resemble the images on the website. The orange one, in particular, was of very poor quality and arrived damaged (the cuff snap was broken). After requesting a full refund, I endured two weeks of inconsistent email exchanges, as they kept offering different deals to persuade me to keep the products for a partial refund. Despite my clear request for a return, I still haven't received confirmation. Terrible product quality and customer service. Avoid spending your money here!
