I ignored the bad reviews and ordered cute shoes, which turned out to be a mistake. The shoes were of poor quality, supposedly suede, but they were flimsy and arrived in a plastic bag like a cheap purchase. After a week of arguing with the company for a full refund, they refused and offered a 30% refund to keep the shoes. I wouldn't even feel comfortable donating them.
