I received the shoes and they are of such low quality that I can't even wear them. The soles are made of slick plastic, and the construction is way too stiff. The return process has been a hassle, with multiple emails and long waits between responses. They keep trying to offer discounts to avoid the return. After several exchanges, they provided an overseas shipping address that will cost me nearly as much as the shoes themselves. This has been a complete nightmare—AVOID THIS SERVICE!
