Boncini.com is a scam website. I placed an order on Boncini.com and received a shipment notification email that same day. Over a week later I checked the shipment tracking number and it only indicates "shipment information received" but my order was never actually shipped. I reached out to customer service to ask when my order will actually be shipped and never received a response. Days later I received an email from Boncini informing me my order wouldn't arrive to me for an additional 3 business weeks, "if" everything went okay. But the tracking number still says the package was never even dropped off. The website shipment policies page says orders are shipped with 1-2 business days and should arrive no later then 14 business days. I have asked the seller to cancel this order several times and have been ignored so I have now opened a dispute with my bank to receive my money back. I was not able to find a single review for Boncini.com prior to placing my order, so hopefully this helps someone else from getting scammed.
