Placed an order on the 9th April 2026, for economy delivery (3-5 days).
Received an email on the 14th April to say it had been dispatched (the tracking on Evri hasn’t been updated since the 9th).
Still no update as of yesterday (17th).
I emailed to ask where my order was; had to do a chargeback with my card company.
Quite disappointing to be honest, and certainly won’t be ordering again.
