We had a great conversation with our insurance agent who set us up with bond exchange at a quote of 360 dollars. Could not process payment on the phone was sent the link to do it online with our agent still on the phone. Went through the whole process never seeing an amount on the screen so we figured it was the 360 dollar we were quoted and processed payment then a screen came up that said usually bonds are automatically issued but some additional work is needed to complete. First thing the next morning we get an email saying it had went through. We opened the email to find out we were charged 1138 dollars, quite the difference there folks!! Not happy about the boding company’s way of conducting business pretty dishonest and cut throat if you ask me. Our insurance agent Danny has been awesome from the start and is currently working on getting our case reviewed hopefully more people don’t have the same issue
