This company is an SCAM! After sending 14 emails since August with zero replies I just disputed the charge with my credit card company. Fortunately, I’m within the timeframe to get my final payment returned but due to my deposit being sent so long ago there is a chance I may not get the deposit back. As a result I contacted an attorney today and will be moving forward with a legal approach as well. I think it is in everyone’s best interest to consider the time frames required to recover your money through a dispute since you have 60 days (120 days in some instances like this one) to get your money back if this company doesn’t actually deliver a product. If you’ve already sent them money, be mindful that if they drag their feet beyond the dispute timeframe and then never actually send the product you paid for, there is no way for you to recover your money without costly legal action, and even then you can only recover money if the company has money… A judge can issue an judgement stating they owe you money but if they don’t have the money to refund there is absolutely nothing you can do.The company has since blocked me on all social media because they didn’t like that I was sharing my experience. The “parent company” Wilder Tech Inc doesn’t have a phone number listed ANYWHERE and the only way to contact them is through email but once they have your money, they stop responding.
