Absolutely HORRIBLE shipping!! Order placed on Saturday, April 26th. Shipping wasn't processed until Tuesday, April 29th. The shipping I PAID FOR said 5-7 business days from when order is processed. So from Tuesday the 29th, 7 business days puts us at Tuesday May 6th. Expected delivery date is now May 9th.I live in Virginia, why did my package go from North Carolina to Kansas? Every time I've ordered from Bones Coffee, this has been the issue. I stopped buying from Bones a couple years ago for this same issue. Shame on me for thinking this would be different, but it's the same thing 2 years later. Until Bones is willing to hold their shipping company accountable for delayed deliveries, I will be looking for my coffee from other sources. I PAID for 5-7 business days, not 10+.
