I really really enjoy Bone’s coffee. The product is really good, each flavor is unique and flavorful and fresh until the last brew. However their customer service is subpar to say the least. Covid of course is a barrier for many companies, but my last order I ordered 12/9/2020 and never received it even after FedEx tracking was sent out. I finally decided to email after Christmas, never got a response. I sent another attempt on New Year’s Eve and finally got a response that there was no other inquiry from my email, frustrating but okay so I sent another email detailing what I said in the last. They re-fulfilled my order but it didn’t ship for another 5 days. Finally I received it and the order was packed wrong. I emailed about this issue as well and still no response. Bummed because the product is amazing but unsure if want to go through the trouble again. Order at your own risk.
