I was contacted by my Realtor, some time after listing my home, about a company that made an offer to buy. After some digging, we discovered that Bonus was a new “Player” in the housing market and legit. We setup a virtual meeting to ask questions and get more information. The Bonus Reps were excellent and very forthcoming with any and all information. So, I took the next steps. The process was almost (almost, stressed here) Fun! It can be a tedious process, for myself and my Realtor, with the time zone differences. But overall, it was accomplished without much prompting from the Team assigned to my contract. After just over 6 weeks, including the move out period, the entire process was completed. My Team I worked with at Bonus were very friendly and completely professional, yet, none of them “snobby” or “stuffy” by any means. In fact, they made this seem like I was talking to friends the entire time. I mentioned time zone differences? It didn’t have a huge affect on communication, meaning, the Bonus Team went out of their way via phone calls and emails, any time.
