Due to delay in delivery which caused many problems with my customers, I had to cancel my order with order number # 2408/0726721-1They said that they will refund my amount after it reaches the seller back and gave a tracking link which is stuck since the time I ordered the component which was on Aug 24th 2020. I have written to BOODMO CUSTOMER SUPPORT 2 times and each time they send an email saying a ticket has been registered and that they will issue refund within 24-48 hours. It has 3-4 weeks since I ordered and I still have not received the refund. I will take this issue with the consumer court as this company has been fooling numerous customers with their very very poor service!
