I ordered a spare part on 08.11.2022 and 02 Nos were available on that day and delivery date was 30.11.2022. Payments were made in full. On the delivery day the date got postponed to 10-12-2022 and now it's 20.12.2022 and god only knows still how many more. On 30.12.2022 when I tried to enquire regarding the same with customer care, it doesn't have the option to connect with any person. So I put a mail regarding the same and reply came "As we don't have stock available it will be available only when the supplier procures the product and we will tell the supplier to make arrangements for the same ". Now on 09.12.2022 a mail was sent saying your "Ticket Resolved". What a pathetic service from Boodmo, are you not ashamed to put a mail saying you have resolved the problem without doing it. Guys sincerely request whoever is reading this don't literally BUY from them. The worst part is still there. I had ordered the same product some 15 to 20 days back, they sent me the wrong product saying it is compatible in just 3 days and returning the product was worst part. The option for return doesn't work at all. It asks for all details and return option comes and the option doesn't work at all. I had to put a mail again to return the product. Even after 2 months I still don't have the right product.
