I am pleased to say that following on from my interaction with Book ice, they have in fact fully refunded the amounts debited from my account. The individual , Alex , that I spoke to was extremley helpful and charming. I know that my previous review has harsh, and certainly reflected my feelings , however , their response to my situation was quick and professional, All I can say is be sure you read all the T& C's before you accept. I still believe it was a little misleading, however it has been resolved to my satisfaction , so thank you Book Ici
