Non-stop solicitation! Their support people are very nice and helpful but their apps are very technical and will test your patience. We are writers, not whizzes in computer science. It took me hours, after writing and editing my book, just to load it into their app. They need to make it simpler. Once your book is finished it just disappears into Oblivia.
