This has been a very frustrating experience. I am publishing my first children's book. I published a novel (paperback) through BookBaby and used their services to assemble the book and all went swimmingly. This time, I used my own designer to assemble the book and work with BookBaby on the publication. It was a lot of back-and-forth. Christina, with BookBaby was very helpful, but I got a lot of "oops" messages from BookBaby. My designer submitted and re-submitted the layout many times. It was a lot of confusing messages and a long turn around.
