I joined BookBite six days ago as an independent KDP publisher to promote a title. After initial submission I was asked to provide a recent Amazon review, which I did. Four days later my resubmission remained unapproved despite follow-up emails (I have screenshots). When I next logged in my account was abruptly banned with no explanation or prior warning.This level of service is unacceptable. Slow responses, opaque decision-making and sudden suspensions destroy trust and waste authors’ time and effort. I asked for clarity and reinstatement and expect a prompt, transparent resolution or a full explanation and refund.Authors: proceed with caution.
