Their customer service is SO rude, I was genuinely in shock. My main issue though is if you want to receive reviews, you have to upload your book FIRST before reviewing others and collecting coins. That makes no sense since I wanted to collect enough coins first before setting a specific date for my free promotion. Just been with them for 2 days and had a horrendous experience.
