I had a similar issue while i ordered for a book, amount was debited from my bank but order was never booked actually. The customer care lady initially confirmed that they have recieved the payment and promised the delivery. After 2 days of followup, the same lady denied saying ‘Payment recieved’ and said the amount is not recieved and that i should contact my bank for the payment reversal.
As the name says - BookChor, they actually stood by that brand name and are CHOR of the first case!
Negative raing is not an option, so gave them 1 star.
