Our first book fell apart once we got out of the window in which we could return the book or get a free replacement. It was hardly looked at, as I kept it protected since it's going to be something I pass down to the kids. We had to pay for a replacement and the printing came out much much darker than the original. I just didn't want to complain again! We absolutely loved showing off the book when we got the original, that's for sure. Nice and professional.
