I've been using this service for a year, and it's been incredibly frustrating. There's minimal customer support, and it feels like it was designed poorly. The user interface is outdated and confusing. Setting up events is complicated, and changes often result in errors. Many of us are waiting for a better solution to avoid using this service any longer. It needs a complete overhaul to be usable.
