BGS Gleneagles Kengeri stands out as one of the most disappointing hospitals I've ever experienced. The doctors seem to be either inexperienced or have very basic skills. They lack the expertise needed for critical situations. Recently, I lost my dear father due to the negligence of these doctors. They were unable to recognize the sepsis infection that ultimately took his life, following a series of missteps, including a failed procedure and ongoing neglect. After the procedure, he suffered severe stomach pain. We consulted the doctor twice, but both times we were told the pain was psychological and would subside in a few hours. When the pain persisted, we returned, but the doctor still couldn't determine the cause. The next day, we sought help again, but the doctors still failed to diagnose the issue. We had to pressure them into conducting the necessary tests, which revealed elevated creatinine levels, prompting a recommendation to transfer him to the ICU. The ICU experience at BGS Gleneagles was traumatizing. The staff there were rude and unprofessional, showing no empathy. Patients in the ICU are truly suffering without proper care. The doctors seem more focused on hitting their targets than on patient well-being, ensuring maximum billing. The nursing staff, however, were more competent than the doctors.
