I had booked a Mercedes C-Class through Booking with Avis from August 15 to 24, 2025, paying €466.26 in advance, including insurance.When I arrived to pick up the car, I was told the Mercedes was not available. Instead, they offered me an Alfa Romeo and even asked me to pay an extra fee. On top of that, the insurance I had purchased with the Booking reservation was not accepted.The booking conditions had completely changed, the service was terrible, and we didn’t get on the car was cancelled and I haven’t received any refund.A very disappointing experience – I would not recommend booking through Booking under these circumstances. And I was there client since 10 years and they still scam me
