I was a victim of a dangerous set-up in Barcelona. The "Palau Rooms" hotel is a SCAM.
The Trap: They gave a fake address and lured me into a suspicious building at 1 AM.
The Danger: Once inside, the host called male accomplices. I had to flee for my life. This place is linked to criminal networks and human trafficking.
Extortion: They tried to extort cash from me under threat.
Booking.com refuses to refund me (Bookings #54918xxxx & #68883xxx) despite proof of fraud and danger. By keeping this listing online, Booking is complicit in putting travelers' lives at risk.
I demand a FULL REFUND of 378.40€ immediately. My lawyer and the ACM (Netherlands) have been notified.
