Booking.com is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My daughter had a reservation with Booking.com, landed in Holland and the hotel said they had no reservation. When calling Booking.com she was told her reservation was cancelled for no reason.
Hours on hold with Booking.com finally -
Booking.com said it will take weeks to get a refund but only after the Hotel approves. (yes, even though they cancelled)
She has no place to stay and Booking.com will do nothing.
(except have us on hold and then disconnect during the call)
So basically reservations mean nothing on Booking.com as they can cancel at any time and they are zero help when this occurs. Plus they will keep your deposit at least for two weeks.
Worst company ever.
