I am writing to formally raise an unpleasant experience regarding a pricing discrepancy on a recent reservation I made for Novotel Bangkok.
The room was clearly advertised and confirmed during the booking process at a total price of 2,800 THB. This amount was shown as the final charge prior to submitting my payment details. However, after completing the booking, I was charged 3,295 THB on my debit card.
At no point was I clearly informed that additional fees or charges would increase the final price beyond the confirmed 2,800 THB. I made this booking in good faith based on the stated total cost, and the additional charge appears to be unjustified.
