The Harris Motel in Oakland/San Leandro was not a clean place to stay. Our room number 105 had a very bad smell, the bathroom door is chipped, part of the cabinet under the sink was missing. I asked the manager if we could get a refund for one of the two days we stayed on April 16th through April 18th. But he said no. I ended up checking into the Holiday Garden Inn instead. The photos that are shown on hotel.com are not what the Harris Motel look like in person. I would like to know if I can get my money back. Thank you, Patricia D Orozco 323.949.7519.
