I am genius 3 customer, on 7/apr/2026 I booked a Fabexpress hotel vadodara to stay with my family 6 guest, 3 children. I paid booking fee in full 10292inr using booking.com, but when I reached hotel the reception person collected 7560inr from me, I used credit card to pay the amount. I informed booking.com that double payment was collected by hotel. But they are not responding for refund of excess fee. I email all evidences to both booking.com and to hotel email, but both of them are not responding. Do not use Fab hotel in India and I'll never use booking.com ever again.
