I am writing regarding a critical issue with my reservation at Cinnamon Hakuraa Huraa Maldives – All Inclusive – Adults Only, which was not confirmed despite full payment being successfully processed.

This booking is for my honeymoon, with imminent travel dates.

I have contacted your support team multiple times and spoke with agents Richard and Desirey (Supervisor). I was initially assured that the issue would be resolved and that I would receive a callback, which never happened. I then had to call again and was informed that a refund had already been initiated.

This outcome is completely unacceptable given the circumstances.

A refund that takes 7–12 days leaves me without the financial ability to secure alternative accommodation, meaning I may arrive in the Maldives without a place to stay despite having already paid in full.

I urgently request one of the following:

Immediate rebooking at the same property under the same conditions, OR
Immediate arrangement of equivalent or higher-standard accommodation at no additional cost, OR
Immediate cancellation of the refund process and reprocessing of the original booking

This is a time-sensitive and critical situation. I require a concrete and immediate solution, not a refund timeline or uncertainty.

Please escalate this matter to a senior support manager or emergency resolution team and contact me urgently.
