The customer service is quick in their responses but does not address the problem. I invested my money and spent days trying to resolve an issue where the book preview is not being generated due to a technical glitch in their software. I reached out multiple times via email, yet there has been no action taken. All I receive are prompt replies stating that the matter has been escalated to the technical team. It's been over two months with no progress. This has been a waste of time, money, and energy. I cannot recommend this service!
