Dear Bookmyforex/ Makemytrip I must appreciate the delivery boy Rohit Mallick. Very polite and helpful. He assured me the best service of Bookmyforex and try to deliver my currency at the earliest possible by his side.But Abinash Pattanaik, of Bookmyforex, Kolkata, Rohit Asthana of Team Developer and telephonic customer care service have completely disappointed me with a very unprofessional service. Perhaps they don't want to grow with Bookmyforex or MakeMyTrip. Some observations with information:1. Without my concent Mr. Pattanaik cancelled my order ( Order ID FX72974155798) as he pretended, I will not accept the currency. True fact is that I have not cancelled my order. I have said "I have ordered through Makemytrip not through Bookmyforex. So , if you can still give me the Thai Bhat, you can."2. There is no trace of my 1st order (Order ID FX729677530711) of Thai currency. Your CC phone auto voice can't trace my order and informing as invalid order number. More over every time I fade up waiting to connect a representative. It normally keeps me waiting for more than 15minutes. Is it service?3. It has more than 24 hours I have not received my ordered currency. Though, as per booking it supposed to deliver before 9pm yesterday. It is a breach of trust and contract. I have not yet received the currency.4. I have complaint through customer care mail id. Rohit Ranjan Asthana, Team Developer replied me back and in reply mentioning order of Bookmyforex card (Order id FX729762662934) instead of order related to my query cash currency order and informed that my card order has been cancelled. He didn't even went through my mail possibly. For information, the Bookmyforex card that I ordered have received and delivered by your delivery partner who seems to be only loyal.Hope Makemytrip will surely come out of this kind of lacking and ensure proper service to their loyal customers to regain the trust of customers.Customer & Well wisherUjjwal Mondal
