I want to acknowledge the delivery person for their courtesy and support. They guaranteed excellent service and worked hard to deliver my currency quickly. However, I am let down by the service from the company’s representatives. Their unprofessionalism has been frustrating, and it seems they lack commitment to enhancing their service. Here are some major issues I faced:
1. A representative canceled my order without my approval, stating I wouldn't accept the currency. In truth, I had only mentioned that I ordered through another platform and was still open to receiving the currency. 2. There is no record of my initial order, and the automated customer service cannot provide any details, marking my order number as invalid. Additionally, I frequently wait over 15 minutes to connect with a representative. Is this acceptable service? 3. It has been over 24 hours without receiving my currency, even though the booking indicated it would arrive before 9 PM the previous day. This feels like a breach of trust. 4. I contacted customer care via email, but the response I received referred to a different order, showing a lack of attention to my issues. The delivery person has been the only consistent aspect, appearing dedicated to their role. I hope the company can enhance its services to restore customer trust.
