I was searching for the book 'Freakonomics' and somehow came across the Bookplanet website, where the price was much cheaper. They had two copies of Freakonomics listed, both with different covers. I wasn’t sure which one was in good condition or which one was the latest edition. They had a WhatsApp number on the site, so I messaged them for help around 7–8 PM. They said they would send me short videos of both books by 11 PM that night. After a few hours, they sent me the videos and even suggested which one was in better condition.I ordered the book the same night, and it was shipped the next day. Although the shipping site showed a delivery time of 10–11 days, I received it in just 5 days. The book was nicely packed, and they even included a bookmark.A few days later, I bought another book, 'What If', from their website. So within a span of 3–4 days, I ended up buying two books from Bookplanet. Overall, I had a great experience—excellent communication, fast delivery, and good-quality books. Highly recommended.
