You get what you pay for. They did provide a professional looking product for an inexpensive price. I am completely satisfied with my book. However, there are traps. When I first contacted the company and signed a contract with them, they promised completion in 45 days. It took more than 3 months. After the book was finished and placed on the Amazon website, the editor told me to let her buy the first copies for me so that I could get them quicker. DON"T DO THIS! You can get author copies directly from Amazon for less than half of the listed price. And...they will ship faster as well. Finally, I asked for a hard back copy as well as the paperback copies. I contacted the printing company (Lulu.com) because I was shorted on the order which BPL supposedly had placed. Lulu said that the order was different than I was promised. So...I ended up paying more than list price for less. Finally, don't buy a marketing plan from them. You won't get what you pay for.
