I never grant 5 Stars, but Book Publishing Pulse has stepped up and replied to all my needs and requests. I can always reach David Johnson, which is of the upmost importance. Of course, nothing in life is free, but I was stung badly by another publishing company, so I was very cautious getting involved with Pulse (as I call them). They had so many hurdles to overcome as we all were dealing with a past publisher to move forward. Pulse answered all questions, explained in detail, and David looked for new directions to enable forward progress, especially since for me it was like learning a new language dealing with the complex computer world requirements. Writing a book is just a slice of the whole. Websites, apps, merchandising, reviews, marketing, printing, ebooks, audio books, press releases and on and on. I was pleased with David Johnson’s ideas, answers and support, plus he had to deal with the numerous, in-depth questions from my assistant, which to be honest wasn’t easy. However, David handled all for me, which isn’t easy when different people & generations have to build a working relationship, in this day and age, via the phone. I’ve learned to rely upon David and those he refers me to regarding their trustworthiness, stability, and integrity. I was especially pleased with his guidance as to the voice of my audiobook. If things continue to go satisfactory I hope to have my next book with Pulse.
