Scam, total scam site. Customer service is auto-send replies that dont answer questions. No tracking on so call shipped books, which never arrive. I mean why ask shipping address if not actually shipping anything!
Then you goto the refund page and it tells you everything is digital on the site, and no refunds.
Here is the original email i got from them:

I ordered the books on 24/12, at the time of writing it is 21/2 and still zero feedback or book delivered.
