I booked a wellness retreat for the next day and couldn’t make it as I wasn’t provided with any guidance or the necessary documents for me to travel to the country where retreat will take place. Once I expressed my frustration and that I can’t make it to the retreat, the customer service team started responding but it was too late to make the trip from that point on. I requested a full refund as I wasn’t canceling the trip on my will. It took a couple of days to explain this and work out the refund process. I didn’t like that I had to explain the situation multiple times to different people and that I couldn’t go because of their unresponsiveness upon booking the trip, but at the end I am glad that they were responsive in troubleshooting and refunded the full amount. Maybe it might have worked out if my trip wasn’t a last minute booking but anyway.. at least I confirm the company is legit and responsive with the problem solving but can’t comment on the retreat itself as I didn’t experience it.
