WARNINGThe search functionality and booking process are fantastic, I’ve booked through them 4 times now. On my current booking I’ve needed to change the date. The venue/retreat say it’s available and that I need to make the change through bookyogaretreats. A week has passed and this has not been done, I’ve chased them twice, only to be told they are working on it. Meanwhile the reason I needed to reschedule, work client, has been left hanging while this basic request holds everyone up, I cannot proceed till they confirm, so I can confirm my availability. I am loosing money over poor admin and processes.
