I had to cancel my retreat due to a late back injury and whilst they supposedly charge up to 15% of the retreat cost on their commission, the initial deposit is about 30%. In this instance they have refused to return any funds to me at all, even though the retreat organiser, who may have incurred some loss at my absence, was happy to fully refund me :(. Try to go direct to the retreat organiser in future!The sum involved is 367.96 GBPReservation Code: VJMOHKX2They make no explanation of why they need these funds- everyone else refunded, the flight, the hotel and diving I was going to do, but not this greedy company. And offering a reuse after a medical issue within a certain time frame is no help at all. I had an ankle fracture 2 years ago the day before a trip and it took a year to mend properly so I could not use the deposit and now I may be advised not to do yoga again as my back issue was caused by yoga before the trip. Why are you keeping my money?
